I want to tell you about a team that I get to be part of every week.
The Production team steps into the presence of God on behalf of this whole church, preparing the room so the willing can come fully alive in the presence of God for the renewal of our cities. We’re audio engineers, camera operators, ProPresenter operators, and switcher operators. Some of us came in knowing the gear. Most of us didn’t. What we all had was a willingness to serve.
We don’t just steward technology, we steward each other. We pray together, learn together, and get a front-row seat to what God does every Sunday. It’s one of the best places in this church to build community while making a real difference.

The purpose of the Production team is to steward environments for the willing to come fully alive in the presence of God for the renewal of our cities.
We steward two things: technology and people. Together, they create the moments where ministry happens, where someone hears a song that breaks something open, where a message lands, where a person feels connected for the first time. Through video, lighting, and audio, we shape opportunities for the willing to experience connection, community, and the presence of the Lord.
Every Sunday, a team of audio engineers, camera operators, ProPresenter operators, and switcher operators come together to make that possible. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you. All we ask is a willing heart.
