The Pipeline
From first hello to the schedule.

| First Look | Take 15–20 minutes to communicate the vision and mission of Grace Church, then the Production team ministry philosophy. Then give an overview of the areas of the department: Audio, ProPresenter, Switcher, and Cameras. | Campus Production Lead |
| Interview after First Look | Decide together whether Production is the fit. If another department is, refer them there, or to Corey Fann by email if the next step isn’t clear. Put notes in their profile. | Campus Production Lead |

The Levels
Five levels.
Every position page tracks the same five levels.
- Shadow
First Look complete. Shadowing a trained volunteer. Learning the room and the rhythm. Planning to attend or attending ConnectStep.
- Trainee
Runs the position with a coach at the shoulder. Knows the pre-service checklist.
- Serving
Runs the position solo on a normal weekend. Signed off by a trainer.
- Trainer
Reproduces themselves. Owns a training page, signs off on new volunteers, keeps documentation current.
- Lead
Leads the team during services and helps shepherd the team.
Every Level
Where are you serving from? Obligation or willingness?
A growth conversation at least twice a year, and heart checks often. How are you doing spiritually? Are there any needs we can help meet for you? Is there anything we can be partnering with you in prayer?
Training by position
