Standards are how stewardship becomes repeatable.

These are the non-negotiables for every campus, every weekend, every position.

Team Standards

How we show up.

Presence
  • Arrive at call time, not service time
  • Serve your scheduled dates or find a sub in advance
  • Respond to scheduling requests within 48 hours
Gear
  • Everything returns to its home
  • Cables coiled over-under
  • Report damage the same day, never next weekend
Comms
  • Headsets on before countdown
  • Short, clear, calm. Confirm every call
  • No side conversations on the channel
Posture
  • Dress so you disappear, not so you’re noticed
  • Off your phone during service
  • Worship while you work
Technical Standards

By position.

Open a position to see its standard.

Audio
  • Line check every input before the huddle.
  • Vocals intelligible over the band at every seat in the room.
  • Wireless batteries fresh for every service, no exceptions.
  • Save your show file at the end of every weekend.
Camera
  • Matched white balance and exposure across all cameras.
  • Headroom and lead room consistent shot to shot.
  • No motion during a live shot unless it was called.
  • Frame the moment, not the equipment.
Switcher
  • Never cut to a camera that isn’t ready.
  • Lower thirds proofed for spelling before service.
  • Know the next three moments in the order of service at all times.
  • Record and stream confirmed rolling before the countdown ends.
ProPresenter
  • Lyrics proofed against the final song list, including key changes and repeats.
  • One thought per slide. Never split a line awkwardly.
  • Scripture references match the translation the Pastor is preaching from.
  • Clear the stage display of anything the congregation shouldn’t see.
